Last week, a second Joe Fafard statue was installed in the park. It represents Austin, a young calf, and it is situated where it can watch the children in the playground.

Thanks to Mike Nesbit and our team who collaborated with City officials to get authorization to install Austin in the park.

Fortunately Austin can’t wander around grazing like a live calf, because our gardens are looking so great this year thanks to the excellent work of Mary and her husband.
